摘  要:采用微波消解样品处理技术,结合ICP-OES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪)法快速测定有机肥料中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr和Ni。结果表明:该方法简便快速,背景值低,RSD为1.1%~5.4%,回收率为95.2%~103.7%,具有较高的精密度和准确度,适合同时测定有机肥料中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr和Ni。By means of microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) the contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr and Ni in organic fertilizer were determined. The results showed that this method is simple and convenient with little background value. The relative standard deviation in measurement is 1.1%-5.4% ,and the rate of recovery of standard sample addition is 95.2%-103.7%. Its precision is comparatively high and by the method the contents of the above-mentioned elements in organic fertilizer can be determined simultaneously.
