摘  要:在原小试实验的基础之上,利用10L三口烧瓶对钛交联蒙脱石的合成做了不同倍数的扩大试验,通过对改性产品所做的小角度X射线衍射分析、热重/差热分析、BET比表面与孔径分析,表明钛交联改性蒙脱石的d(001)值有小幅下降,耐热温度高,比表面积大,完全满足重油催化裂化的要求,制备钛交联蒙脱石的扩大试验是成功的。On the basis of formerly laboratory experiments, the pilot-plant-scale experiment of preparing titanium pillared montmorillonite(Ti-PILCs) was carried out by using a 10L flask. XRD analysis, TG-DSC analysis, analysis of BET and pore diameter were conduced on the modified Ti-PILCs. The resuits showed that d (001) value of the modified Ti-PILCs decreased slightly, heat-resistant temperature was high and specific surface area per gram was big. It completely met the needs of heavy oil cracking and the pilot-plant-scale experiment of preparing Ti-PILCs was successful.
