摘 要:本实验观察了对照组和给药组家兔头低位20°悬吊第3、7、15天大脑和小脑皮层超微结构的改变,以悬吊第3天变化最明显:大脑皮层锥体细胞内的线粒体轻度肿胀,部分嵴断裂,基质稀释;小脑皮层浦金野细胞的粗面内质网脱粒,内质网池缩短,紧密排列成簇并且边集。抗运动病药合剂B.(樟柳碱加右旋苯丙胺的复方)则能保护脑皮层神经元免受由于悬吊而造成的损伤。本文还分析了悬吊造成神经元超微结构损伤的原因,讨论了空间运动病发生的可能机制和合剂B 的药理作用。The ultrastructural changes of neurons of cerebral and cerebellarcortex in rabbits were studied with electron microscopic technique.The animals were divided into control and drug-treated groups andwere suspended in head-down 20° for 3,7 and 15 days.The changestaking place in 3-day suspension were most obvious:mitochondria ofneurons in cerebral cortex swelled,cristae splitted,and matrix be-came dilute;degranulation of granular endoplasmic reticulum of Pur-kinje's cells in the cerebellar cortex was observed,the length ofcysterns of endoplasmic reticulum shortened and the cysterns clus-tered closely and gethered at the peripheral portion of the cells.Theantimotion sickness drug mixture B(mixture of anisodine and d-amp-phetamine) protected the neurons of brain from the damage by suspen-sion.The reason of the damage on ultrastructures of neurons is analy-zed and the mechanism of motion sickness and the pharmacologic roleof the mixture B is discussed.
