Effects of Testosterone Supplement on Swimming Capacity and Testosterone Synthesis in Zinc - deficient and Zinc-replenished Rats

摘  要:本实验动态观察了补充睾酮对缺锌和补锌大鼠游泳能力和力竭性游泳前后睾丸和血清睾酮、锌水平的影响,结果显示:补充睾酮,对缺锌引起的大鼠游泳能力降低、睾丸和血清睾酮及锌水平的下降均无改善作用,反而造成睾酮合成的抑制、睾丸的萎缩。缺锌大鼠经过补锌,游泳能力、睾丸和血清睾酮及锌水平均明显改善,力竭性游泳后,未补睾酮大鼠的睾丸睾酮含量逐渐恢复上升,而补充睾酮大鼠睾九睾酮却呈持续下降趋势。结果表明,对于缺锌引起的睾酮水平和运动能力下降,补锌是唯一有效的方法,补充睾酮不仅无益,反而有害。Effects of testosterone (T) supplement on swimming capacity, T and zinc contents in testis and serum in zinc - deficient ( ZnD ) and zinc - replenished ( ZnR ) rats before and after an exhausted swimming were studied . Results showed that T supplement did not improve poor swimming capacity and low T and zinc contents in testis . On the contrary , the supplement of T resulted in inhibition of T synthesis and testicular atrophy in ZnD rats . However , the poor swimming capacity and low T and zinc contents in testis of ZnD rats were improved significantly after supplementation of zinc . After exhausted swimming , the testicular T level of the rats without supplementing T increased gradually to normal, while those of the rats with supplementing T reduced continuously. The results suggested that zinc upplementation is the only way to improve the decreased exercise capacity and T level caused by zinc deficiency , while the T supplementation proves to be helpless and harmful .
