摘　　要：就总体而言,我国还未建成比较完备的农村社会保障基本制度框架,一些重大社会保障项目仍处于探索阶段。在推进社会主义和谐社会建设过程中,完善农村社会保障制度至关重要,必须下大力气,从制度的完善、政府的扶持、农民观念的改变等诸多方面入手,齐抓共管,完善我国农村社会保障制度,加快城乡社会保障一体化的进程。On the whole, the fundamental institutional frame of rural social security has not been established completely in China yet. And some important social security projects are still in the probe phase. In the progress of building a socialist harmonious society, to perfect rural social security system is very important. Therefore we have to enforce great strength from the point of system perfection, government supporting and farmers＇ conceptual change, and then manage strictly to perfect the rural social security of China for the integrative process of the rural and urban social security.
