摘 要:文章利用WAW-1000微机控制电液伺服万能试验机对我国五大钢厂的16Mn低合金钢进行了试验研究。通过对100、200、300、400、500、600℃共6个温度水平、77个试件进行恒温加载试验,建立了钢材强度、弹性模量和线膨胀系数随温度的变化规律模型。并与各国方案进行了比较。高温屈服强度的确定采用了更符合材料"屈服"意义的切线交点法。In this work, by WAW-1000 computer control testing machine, heating device and specially designed deformation measuring appliance, experiments were conducted to investigate the mechanical behavior of steel structure 16Mn from China's five major steelworks, with loading under constant temperatures. Three models of the yield strength, modulus of elasticity and thermal expansion coefficient of steel structure at elevated temperatures are established, with 6 temperature levels (100℃- 600℃) and 77 tests. The models are compared with other methods. Regression formulae are extracted which can be applied in fire resistance analysis of steel structure buildings. Meanwhile, it provides the effective yield strength by adopting tangent-- intersection method, which accords with the definition of yielding.
