摘 要:为了改善电机的换向性能,在分析了异槽式单叠绕组直流电机换向规律的基础上,研究了影响直流电机换向的主要因素,对直流电机的换向性能进行了评估,并对其无火花换向区进行了分析。电机换向试验表明:异槽式单叠绕组直流电机的电抗电势波形的最大值和最小值相差较小,有利于换向电势的均匀补偿;异槽式绕组具有的阻尼性能,对换向元件的能量有一定吸收作用;相比蛙绕组,异槽式绕组无火花换向区宽度增大一倍多,极大地改善了电机的换向性能。The commutation capability for the operation of DC machines is important for the machines. In order to meliorate it, the commutation characteristics of DC machines with the split throw simplex lap winding were analyzed, and the major factors which influence its commutation were studied. The commu- tation capability of a certain DC machine was evaluated; its no spark commutation zone was tested. According to the analysis, it has not only the little difference between the maximum and the minimum of the reactance electrical potential, which is better to compensate for the reversing electrical potential symmetrically, but also has better damping capability, which can improve the capability of absorbing some energy of the commutation elements. The results of the test validate that the width of no spark commutation zone of the split throw simplex lap winding is at least two times wider than the frog-leg winding, which greetly improves the commutations capability of DC machines.
