摘  要:为了探讨失重对前庭器官的影响,本实验采用了头低位30°悬吊方法模拟失重,比较三组豚鼠(对照组,平卧组,悬吊组)在实验第四天前庭器官超微结构的变化。结果是正常对照组和平卧组前庭器官的超微结构无明显改变,而悬吊组豚鼠前庭器官感觉上皮的Ⅰ型细胞出现了线粒体肿胀,嵴缺损和膜破裂,纤毛散乱倒伏,表皮板皱折、膨隆。结果说明体液头向分布所引起的前庭器官结构变化可能是航天运动病发病机理之一。Guinea pigs were exposed to head-down(-30°)suspension to causecephaled redistribution of body fluid to study the effects of simula-ted Weightlessness on ultrastructure of vestibular apparatus.On thefourth day of the suspension,no evident changes were found in thevestibular apparatus in the two control groups(normal and lying inhorizontal position).But the type I hair cell of vestibular Sensoryepithelium of the animals in the su(?)pended group changed significa-ntly,including swelling of mitochondria and rupture of mitochondriamembrane and crista,areas of vacuolization in the cytoplasm,disor-ientation and partial missing of cilia,and bulging and creasing ofcuticular plate.The results showed that changes in vestibular appa-ratus appeared following cephalad redistribution of boey fluid andit might be one of the etiopathological factors evoking motion sick-ness
