摘　　要：N-乙酰半胱氨酸不仅具有降低痰的粘度,促进痰液咳出以及改善呼吸功能的作用,还具有抗氧化作用、有效的抗炎和抗损伤作用,以及抗脂质过氧化作用等.N,S-二乙酰-L-半胱氨酸甲酯作为N-乙酰半胱氨酸的类似物,为了研究其药理活性,本文以L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐为原料,经过甲酯化,再与乙酸酐进行二次酰化反应而得到.测其熔点,所得值与文献值相符.N-acetyl-L-cysteine had many functions not only of reducing the glutinosity of phlegm,hastening to get rid of the phlegm and improving the breath,but also of antioxidation,effective antiinflammation,antitrauma and antiperoxidition of the lipid.In order to research the pharmacody character of N,S-diacetyl-L-cysteine methyl ester as the ramification of N-acetyl Cysteine, it was synthesized from L-cysteine hydrochloric through methanoxylation with methanol and acetylation twice with acetic anhydride.After testing melting point of the product,the value was the same with record in literatures.
