卫生服务质量改进中合理用药策略的实施措施及其影响因素分析——以卫Ⅷ/卫Ⅷ支持性项目地区为例

摘　　要：通过文献研究和现场调研,分析卫Ⅷ/卫Ⅷ支持性项目中合理用药策略在卫生服务质量改进中的具体实施措施,探讨影响中西部农村贫困地区合理用药的因素,总结出促进合理用药较为成熟的干预策略。提出要持续改善乡镇卫生院的用药状况以促进其卫生服务质量的改进,除了对患者加强用药知识的宣教之外,更应该从医务人员角度入手,一方面通过制度的设计来纠正医务人员受经济利益的驱使而不合理使用药物,另一个方面始终要加强对医务人员合理用药知识的培训,纠正其不合理的诊疗习惯,提高医务人员的知识水平。Based on the document review and on - spot survey, this paper summarized the measures of strategy for rational drug use which was designed by HS/HSSP to improve the quality of health service of the central and western rural poverty- stricken areas, and also summarized the more mature intervention strategies in this field. In order to continue to improve the drug use of township hospitals for improving quality of health service, we brought forward some mature intervention strategies for promotion of rational drug use. In addition to strengthen the teaching of knowledge for patients, we should pay more attention to medical personnel. On the one hand, through designing of the system to correct the medical staff irrational use of drugs driven by the economic interests of ; on the other hand, we should always strengthen the rational use knowledge of medical staff training, correct its unreasonable clinics habits and improve medical knowledge.
