摘 要:采用生物相容性良好的可降解明胶材料与β-磷酸三钙(-βTCP)、磷酸二氢钙(MCPM)进行复合,制备出明胶/透磷灰石(DCPD)复合型骨水泥材料.扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),XRD法对骨水泥微观结构进行表征,研究了明胶/DCPD骨水泥固化时间、抗压强度的影响.结果表明:不同质量分数的明胶对骨水泥固化时间的影响不大;明胶显著提高了DCPD骨水泥的机械特性,复合7.5wt%明胶的骨水泥有较好的调和性,而且抗压强度较大;水泥成型后未养护比养护后的抗压强度大.In this study,DCPD/ Gelatin cement is fabricated by mixing the degradable gelatin with the powder of β-TCP and MCPM. The microstructure of the cement is analyzed by SEM, TEM and XRD. this study also investigates the effect of gelatin on the setting time, compressive strength of DCPD cement. The result of analysis indicates that the different percent of gelatin does not affect the setting time of DCPD cement greatly, but has significantly improved its mechanical properties , especially containing 7.5wt% of the gelatin shows better reconcile character and compressive strength; conserved DCPD cement shows lower compressive strength than that has not been conserved.
