摘  要:采用超声波预处理后的污泥进行厌氧消化,分别以超声波预处理污泥的投配比(占总污泥量的比率)为30%,50%,70%,消化污泥停留时间为27,20,16 d组合进行实验.结果表明:超声波处理污泥的时间为50~90 s时,消耗能量相对少;超声击破率在3%~4.2%时,符合污泥厌氧消化工艺要求;超声波预处理污泥的投配比30%,消化污泥停留时间20 d时,处理的污泥厌氧消化能量效率最高.We studied on the energy efficiency of the sludge anaerobic digestion after the pretreatment of ultrasonic wave in this paper. Adding ratio of the sludge after the ultrasonic pretreatment was 30%, 50% ,70% respectively, and the retention time of the digested sludge was 27 d,20 d,16 d. The experiment results show that the sludge by ultrasonic treated in 50-90 s is considered to be suitable and the energy consumption was relatively less. The ultrasonic disruption rate was 3%-4.2% which meets the requirement of the sludge anaerobic digestion technique. When the adding ratio of the sludge by the ultrasonic pretreatment is 30% and the retention time of the digested sludge is 20 d, the energy efficiency of the sludge anaerobic digested by the ultrasonic treatment is the highest.
