摘　　要：首先对知识联盟组织间知识共享不足风险的各类影响因素进行了分析解释,在此基础上建立了评价指标体系,运用风险衡量技术及方法,构建了数量模型,对知识联盟组织间知识共享不足风险进行测量和评估,为下一步进行风险控制提供了前提保证。Forging an alliance enables a firm to focus resources on its core skills and competencies and acquire other components or capabilities it lacks from the market place. However due to varieties of influence factors, they often face the risk of insufficiency knowledge sharing in~ alliance and this leads to the breakage of alliance. Therefore, how to control the risk of insufficiency knowledge sharing in alliance become one of the most challenging things of management. This paper investigates issues concerning the identification and evaluation of the risk on insufficiency knowledge sharing in alliances. Based on analysis the factors that influence risk on insufficiency knowledge sharing in alliances, an evaluation system of insufficiency knowledge sharing risk is put forward. Then a quantitative evaluation model based on mathematics approach is presented in this paper.
