摘　　要：通过在中国西部省(区、市)进行的大规模社会调查,集中探讨了儿童免疫技术应用中的社会公平问题,从人们的经济支付能力、设施与服务的可及性和人们对技术的接受能力3方面提出了建议和对策。According to a large scale social survey conducted in western regions of China, this paper discussed the issue of social equality in children vaccination. The results showed that although China＇s children vaccination has made a lot of progress, the social equality among different groups of people remains to be an issue to be resolved. The un-equal distribution of vaccination technolgy mainly raised from people＇s economic affordability, the availability of basic infrastructures and services, and people＇s ability to accept technology. Thus, the government should make efforts to enhance people＇s education, strengthen the construction of infrastructure, increase people＇s income, and provide preferable policies to the vulnerable groups, so as to ensure the social equality in the application of science and technology and promote social harmony.
