摘  要:采用蓖麻油、三羟甲基丙烷和环氧树脂同时改性聚氨酯制备水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液,研究了水分散温度、各种改性剂添加量对PUA复合乳液和木器漆性能的影响,并应用傅立叶红外光谱测定反应产物的结构。研究发现,采用常温水乳化工艺所得乳液性能较好,随着蓖麻油、三羟甲基丙烷和环氧树脂添加量的增大,涂膜的硬度,耐水、耐醇、耐污性提高,柔韧性变差。合适的蓖麻油、环氧树脂和三羟甲基丙烷添加量分别为体系总固体质量的5%~7%、4%~6%和2%~3%。性能测试结果表明,研制的多重交联改性水性木器涂料具有优异的低温柔韧性,硬度高,耐水性、耐化学药品性能好,综合性能优异。The waterborne polyurethane-actylate(PUA) hybrid emulsion was prepared by modification of polyurethane using eastor oil,trimethylolpropane (TMP) and epoxy resin at the same time. The effects of water dispersion temperature and adding amount of various modifying agents on properties of PUA hybrid emulsion and carpentry paint were investigated. The structure of PUA hybrid emulsion was measured by Fourier transform infrared. It was found that the emulsion obtained by normal temperature emulsifying process has excellent performance. The hardness and water resistance,alcohol resistance and contamination resistanee of the paint film improved and toughness lowered with increase content of castor oil,trimethylolpropane (TMP) and epoxy resin. The proper amount of (:aster oil, epoxy resin and TMP is respectively 5%-7%,4%-6% and 2%-3% of the system total solid mass. The results of performance test show that the developed waterborne carpentry paint with multiple cross linking modification has excellent low temperature tnughness,good hardness, water resistance,chemical resistance and excellent comprehensive performances.
