摘　　要：介绍了马钢1#高炉煤气能量回收余压发电系统(TRT)机组的运行情况,针对运行出现的发电机轴系中励磁机转子存在明显动不平衡故障,利用诊断技术进行了分析,通过更换发电机转子彻底解决了故障。The running status of the TRT unit for energy recovery of No.1 blast furnace gas of Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd was presented. There were obvious dynamic unbalance failure in exciter rotor of the generator shafting in operation. The diagnosis technology was used to analyze it. The failure was solved by changing the generator rotor.
