摘　　要：描述了设备状态监控故障智能诊断系统的软硬件结构及基本功能,并且以具体的故障实例分析了设备状态监控故障智能诊断系统在高速线材生产实际中的应用与价值。The structure of software and hardware and basic functions of the failure intelligence diagnosis system for equipment status monitor are described. Taking a failure for example, the value and application of this system in production of high speed wire are analyzed.
