摘　　要：目的提高小型场所内安全套使用率,减低HIV/STD传播的风险。方法采用鼓励业主参与方式,在业主间形成"不用安全套,没有性生活"的行业监督。结果干预前后比较艾滋病知识知晓率、行为学和生物学指标均有大幅提高,且差异明显。结论业主参与是促进小型场所安全套使用的有效途径。Objective To promote condom use and to decline the risk of HIV/STD spread in small leisure and entertainment venues. Methods The owners were encouraged as active participants and a supervision rule of ＂No Condom, No Sex＂ was set up among the owners. Results The indicators of AIDS knowledge, behaviors and diseases incidences were improved after the activity, and there were statistically significant differences before and after implementing the intervention measures. Conclusion It is an effective model of condom use promotion through the owners as active participant in small leisure and entertainment venues.
