凝集素亲和层析离心柱化学发光检测AFP-L3在肝细胞癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的为了评价凝集素亲和层析离心柱化学发光检测甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L3)在诊断原发性肝癌中的意义。方法应用凝集素亲和层析离心柱化学发光法检测185份肝癌与171份非肝癌患者血清AFP-L3/AFP,以>10%为阳性。结果185例肝癌组患者血清中,AFP-L3阳性率为73.0%,171例非肝癌患者血清中,AFP-L3阳性率为29.8%,两组之间具有显著性差异。结论凝集素亲和层析离心柱化学发光法应用于原发性肝细胞癌的诊断具有高特异性,适合大规模、高通量的临床标本检测。Objective To evaluate the application of alpha- fetoprotein variants assay in diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma （PHC） by lectin - affinities chemiluminescence. Methods Serum AFP - L3/AFP was detected by lectin -affinities chemiluminescence in 18.5 patients with PHC and 171 patients with benign liver disease, and the threshold value was set as 〉10%. Results 73.0% （13.5/185） serum samples from HCC patients showed alpha- fetoprotein variants positive, but only 29.8 % （.51/171） serum samples from benign liver disease patients showed alpha - fetoprotein variants positive; there were significant differences between these two groups. Conclusion AFP - L3 is a specific marker in diagnosis of PHC.
