摘  要:为了正确使用捻接器并优化其工艺参数,为提高无结纱质量提供依据,从捻接质量的评价入手,分析了捻接器安装位置,工艺参数及机械捻接工艺参数的优化,提出先捻接、再上蜡、后电子清纱的安装方式,不仅保证电子清纱器的准确检测,又有利于提高捻接质量;不同原料、纱号和捻度的纱线,应采用不同的捻接工艺,为进一步提高无结纱的质量及无结纱的可织性,满足现代高速整经、高速织造技术的要求提供了依据。For proper use of the spilicer with the optimized specification and for upgrading the quality of the knotless yarn, starting with the assessment of the quality of the splicer, analysis is done to the mounting location,specification and specification optimization. Advice is put forth that mounting should be in such a way that splicing should be done before waxing and electronic clearing. Only in such a way that can concret clearing be guaranteed for better splicing quality. Conclusion is made that splicing process depends on material, count and twist,thus knowledge is gained for further upgrading the quality and spinability of knotless yarn in conformity of modern machines.
