摘　　要：高校图书馆面向社会服务是其教育职能和社会职能的体现,是终身教育和学习型社会的需要。本文通过对国内外高校图书馆面向社会服务现状的分析,较全面论述了服务对象与服务内容、服务模式与管理模式,提出了应遵循的原则及制约因素和解决方案。University library facing to social services expresses the function of education and society, and the requirement to life time study and educational society. Through the analysis of social services actuality from internal and external university libraries, this paper wholly discusses the service ohjection and content, the pattern of service and administration, and outlines the principles we should follow, the restriction and the solution.
