摘  要:用来制造大型轴类锻件的钢锭,其水口端的沉积锥历来是一个棘手的问题,漏盘反挤法就是为解决这一问题而进行的有效摸索。文章扼要地列举了该工艺的模具布置、工艺步骤、工艺特点及经济效益,并对该工艺进行了现场实验,证明了该工艺的正确性和可行性;应用数值模拟的方法从反挤压过程、定点追踪和载荷分析3方面详细地对该工艺进行了研究,进一步论证了该工艺的正确性和可行性。The deposit cone in the fluid entrance of the steel ingot to be used to manufacture heavy axis kind forgings is always a knotty problem. Reverse squeezing with flaw millstones tries to seek after a way to solve this problem. In this paper, the dies laying, technology steps, technology characteristics and economic benefit of this technology are list to the point. And the technology experiment was carried out to prove the correctness and feasibility. Besides, with numerical simulation the technology is researched from the three aspects reverse squeezing course, point tracking and load of dies. And the correctness and feasibility of the technology are testified further.
