摘 要:建立了步进梁式加热炉内加热钢坯的物理模型和数学模型,用有限容积法(FVM)对数学模型进行了离散化,运用Visual-Fortran编制了加热炉内钢坯温度场计算软件,同时利用耐热温度数据记录仪,实测和记录了Q235钢在加热炉内的温度分布,给出了钢坯在整个加热过程中的上下炉温、钢坯内部不同点温度的变化曲线。将模拟结果和实测结果进行了比较,温差值最大为34.3℃,模拟值与实测值基本吻合,表明建立的数学模型以及计算方法是正确的。A physical mathematical model for slabs heated in re-heating furnace of walking beam type of re-heating furnace was established. The finite volume method was used for discretization of the mathematical model. Using temperature data recorder, the temperature distribution of Q235 steel was actually measured and written down during heating in the reheating furnace. The temperature curves were given of upper and bottom part of the furnace and inner different places of the slab during the whole heating course. Compared the simulated values to the actual measurement ones, the most temperature difference was 34.3℃. The simulated value and the measured one are in good agreement, and it indicates that the mathematical model and calculation method are basically accurate.
