摘　　要：和法的内涵及外延均较丰富，和法方剂以柴胡为主、祛邪为主、疏利透达为主。和法的实质是以清法为主体，辅以它法的复合之法，适用于涉及肝、胆、脾、胃。There are rich contents in the intension and extension of the mediation method. In mediation method, the major medicinal herb is Radix Bupleuri, the major purpose is to eliminate pathogenic factors, and the major route is to dredge so as to drive pathogens out. Mediation method is in fact a comprehensive method, with the heat-clearing method as the major part accompanied by other accessory methods. It is applicable to the disorders involving the organs such as the liver, gall bladder, spleen, stomach and intestines, as well as the qi stage of some diseases.
