摘　　要：针刺对实验性骨折家兔穴温和肛温的影响＊沈梅红祁晓华吕越赵和庆△（南京中医药大学第二临床医学院，南京２１００２９△南京中医药大学第一临床医学院，南京２１００２９）关键词实验性骨折针刺家兔穴温肛温中图号Ｒ２７４．１１针刺对骨折机体穴温和肛温的影响尚无报道...By the observation of the effects of acupuncture on the temperatures at acupoints and anus in rabbits, the authors tried to explore the mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of fracture. The results showed that both temperatures were lower after acupuncture treatment than those before the treatment (P< 0.01). Before acupuncture treatment, the temperatures at the acupoints were (33.10±1.45)℃, and the temperatures at the anus were (38.94±0.62)℃. After the treatment, the temperatures at the acupoints were (31.28±1.99)℃, and the temperatures at the anus were (38.23±0.76)℃. The healing effect of acupuncture on fracture might be realized through the change of enzyme activities, the secretion of hormones and the dilatation and contraction of blood vessels.
