摘  要:在电厂机组运行中,其主要辅机故障脱扣,自动控制系统能快速、安全降负荷并稳定机组运行。一旦故障消除,可迅速恢复机组负荷,即电厂自动控制Run Back(RB)功能,它是机组安全运行的重要保证。宝钢电厂投产的首批大容量发电机组,由于控制系统运行二十余年后普遍面临设备改造,在新DCS系统中实现RB功能亦面临挑战。针对宝钢电厂在控制系统改造后,围绕RB展开的一系列试验进行讨论,使机组RB功能更趋于完善。In operation process of the power plant, when the trip trouble happened in its main auxiliary units, its automatic control system can lower the load quickly and safely. Once the trouble was removed, the unit load can be recovered immediately. It is the Run Back (RB) function for power plant' s automatic control, which can ensure the unit runs smoothly. After 20 years running, those large capacity generators put into use when the power plant went into operation were facing equipment reforming. In the new DCS system, it is a challenge for the plant to realize the RB function. A series of tests on the RB function was discussed after Baosteel Power Plant upgraded its control system, which made the unit's RB function more perfect.
