摘　　要：生产制造执行系统,即MES系统,是集过程控制和生产管理于一体的厂级生产管理和控制系统。其主要功能是将来自ERP系统的生产指令转化为具体的生产计划和生产设定参数等,控制并执行具体的生产制造过程。Wonderware IAS软件则是基于Wonderware公司全新的ArchestrA架构的面向生产过程自动化和信息化的应用平台,是Wonderware公司FactorySuite A2系统套件的重要组成部分。通过Wonderware IAS系统的部署和应用,在宝钢分公司钢管ERW中口径焊管分厂实现了集生产计划执行、生产过程监控和生产数据采集于一体的MES系统。The manufacturing execution system （MES） is an integrated software system used for production management and execution. Its main function is to convert production instructions from the ERP system into specific parameters for production plan and production itself. The MES controls the whole production process and caries out specific procedure. The software Wonderware IAS is an important part of FactorySuit A2 designed by the Wonderware Company. Based on the ArchestrA construction （ Wonderware＇ s new design ）, the MES is served as an application platform for automation and information of the production. With the arrangement and implementation of Wonderware IAS, an integrated MES system for production plan, process monitoring, and data collection was established in the ERW Department of Steel Tubing Plant, Baosteel Branch.
