摘　　要：2008年备件市场环境十分严峻,宝钢分公司设备维修成本压力前所未有,为了完成公司备件管理的总目标,必须严控采购资金,以利库为主,并充分利用闲置设备和零部件,使备件得到有效管控。通过建立基于B rowser/Server(浏览器/服务器)架构的备件以旧换新信息管理系统网站,加强了备件下机以后的去向跟踪,使备件信息的管理变得便利而快捷,提高了分公司备件管理水平。The situation of the spare parts market will be severe in 2008. The pressure from the equipment maintenance cost will be getting greater at Baosteel Branch. In order to accomplish the Branchcompany＇ s major goal in spare part management, some measures will be taken, such as limiting procurement funds for stock control and making full use of spare equipments and parts for an effective control over them. A website for the spare part exchange information management system based on the B/S architecture has been established for the purpose of tracking the unused spare parts, making spare part information management faster and more convenient and improving the Branch＇ s spare part management.
