摘  要:就活性染料对龙须草纤维的染色性能进行试验,旨在探索龙须草纤维的基本染色规律。主要讨论了染料用量、浴比、中性盐用量、纯碱用量、染色温度、固色温度及染色时间对龙须草纤维用活性染料染色的影响,以上染百分率为评价指标。通过正交实验得到最佳工艺条件是染料用量为对纤维重的1.5%,食盐用量为50 g/L,纯碱用量为5 g/L,浴比为1∶50,染色温度为40℃,固色温度为40℃,染色时间为30 min。在最佳工艺条件下上染龙须草纤维,并绘制上染率曲线,可以发现龙须草纤维的染色性能良好,适应染整加工的一般过程,作为纺织纤维应用于纺织行业很有潜力。The dyeing property of Eulaliopsis binata fiber was tested and reactive dyes were used here. The orthogonal design experiment was used in which dosage of dyes, ratio of solution, dosage of salt, dosage of Na2CO3, temperature and time are main factors. The optimum parameters were obtained based on the in- dex of dyeing ratio. The results were that the dosage of dyes was 1.5%, the dosage of salt was 50 g/L, the dosage of Na2CO3was 5 g/L,the ratio of solution was 1 : 50, the temperature was 40℃ and the time was 30 min. The curve of dyeing rate, drawing on the mentional conditions, shows good dyeability which fits the general process. As a natural fiber, Eulaliopsis binata fiber has further developing prospect.
