摘  要:研究如何制定"少号型量、大覆盖面"的服装号型系列,从而降低企业投产成本,提高生产效率。"基于三维量体数据库的服装号型辅助决策系统"以大量人体测量数据为基础,应用数据挖掘的聚类分析方法,指导制定客观合理的服装号型表,对服装号型投产决策提供依据。本文研究并建立了服装投产号型数学决策模型,应用成果包括服装号型表生成组件的封装、号型压缩技术及投产号型决策方法的实现。该成果为建立科学合理的地域性企业级服装号型体系提供了解决方案和技术支持。This paper studies how to establish a series of apparel sizes and styles of "fewer apparel sizes and styles number, more overlay proportion", in order to reduce production cost, and enhance production efficiency. "Assistant Decision System of Apparel Sizes and Styles Based on Three-dimensional Figure Measure Database" based on a great deal of figure measure data, and applying cluster analysis method of data mining, it guides to establish an impersonal and reasonable apparel sizes and styles form, and then provides the basis to the production decision of apparel sizes and styles. The theoretical result of this paper is that a mathematical decision model of the apparel sizes and styles was studied and established. The application result of this paper includes encapsulation of apparel sizes and styles form production component and realization of apparel sizes and styles compression technology and production method. The results of this paper provide the solution and technology support for establishing a scientific and reasonable regional enterprise apparel sizes and styles system.
