摘  要:探讨玄参多糖提取的最佳工艺条件。采用正交试验,考察温度、时间、ph值及料液比等因素对玄参中多糖提取的影响,用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定其含量。优化后的提取工艺为:提取时间50min,提取温度50℃,提取液pH=8,料液比取1:40。在此提取条件下,多糖含量达13.83%。To discuss the optimum extraction of polysaccharides from Radix Scrophulariae. Methods: Orthogonal design was adopted to review the influence on the content of polysaccharides woked by the factors such as temperature,time,ph and the ratio of water and material and then confirmed the best extraction techniques. The determination of polysaeeharide was taken by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Result: The best technical conditions were as follows : Extraction time 50min, Extraction temperature is 50℃, Extraction pH = 8, the ratio of material and water1: 40, by which the content of lentinan in extraction of the rest part was increased to13. 83%. Conclution: This method is simple, accurate and can be used to extract polysaccharides of Radix Scrophlariae.
