摘　　要：目的:促进我国药物创新,为药物专利审查和药物创新研究提供有效的检索工具,为我国数据深加工产业的发展奠定基础。方法:中国药物专利数据库是在充分考虑药物专利文献特点,吸收、借鉴国外专业化数据深加工经验的基础上建成。结果:吸取了DIALOG、STN等国际联机检索系统和CA/PHARM/DWPI等世界权威数据库的优点和先进的检索功能;具有强大的辅助文档——中药材数据库和西药辞典,可进行药物名称的多文种检索、同义词检索、模糊检索和高级精确检索;支持包含多种中药材的方剂相似性检索;支持确定化学结构检索;友好的检索界面和便捷的操作方法及傻瓜式简单检索和专业化高级检索并行。结论:在国内首次实现了中国药物专利信息的专业化检索功能,包括专业化主题检索、化学物质信息与中药材信息跨库检索、中药方剂信息相似性检索、化学结构图形检索等功能。Objective： Accelerating pharmaceutical patent examination and R＆-D in pharmaceutical field nnovation in China, Providing effective searching tools for both laying a foundation for Chinese data deep processing industry. Methods： The Chinese Pharmaceutical Patent Database was built up after accounting the special features of pharmaceutical patent documents and taking reference of advanced deep data processing experience from foreign organizations. Results： The database system is featured with some professional advantages like DIALOG, STN and related databases like CA, PHARM and DWPI etc. it is equipped with powerful registry files as TCM dictionary and Chemical registration dic- tionary, which used to provide multi linguistic and synonym searching accesses and both simple and advanced searches with friendly interfaces. Conclusion： it is the first deep indexed Chinese pharmaceutical patent database in China, which is featured with advanced subject searching, chemical information and TCM information cross-file searching, TCM formula similarity searching, chemical structure searching etc.
