摘　　要：目的:观察术前访视对手术患者心理、生理及行为的影响,探讨术前访视的意义。方法:将200例择期手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,对照组由病房护士做常规术前护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,再由手术室护士于术前一天进行术前访视。结果:观察组与对照组比较,在遵医行为、不良反应发生情况,各项生理指标及对护理工作的满意度等方面均有显著性差异。结论:实施好术前护理访视,对于减轻手术对患者心理、生理的影响,促进手术的顺利进行及提高手术室工作质量均有积极意义。Objective： To investigate the preoperative visit to surgical patients with psychological, physiological and behavioral effects on preoperanve interview significance. Methods： 200 cases of elective surgery were randomly divided into two groups, each 100 cases and the control group by the ward nurses conventional preoperative care. the observation group in the conventional care on the basis of by nurses in the operating room the day before the preoperative interview. Results： Group compared with the control group, treatment compliance, the incidence of adverse reactions, and various physiological indicators of nursing satisfaction we have seen significant differences. Conclusion： Implementing the preop- erative care visits, reduce surgery on the patient＇s psychological and physiological impact, promoting the smooth operation and enhance the quality of the operating room have positive significance.
