摘 要:目的:探讨在气管肿瘤手术中采用高频通气(HFV)下行静吸复合全麻的可行性。方法:41例气管肿瘤患者均在双侧支气管播管。采用HFV,静吸复合全麻下行气管手术。分别于手术前、气管插管后、HFV中、手术结束及拔除气管插管后进行平均动脉血压(MAP)、心率(HR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO_2)、呼末二氧化碳分压(PETCO_2)及动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)的分析。结果:41例患者各项生理指标除PaO_2术前与插管后、HFV中、术毕及拔管后差别有统计学意义(q值分别为3.47、4.41、4.01、4.39,P<0.05),其他指标各组比较差别均无统计学意义。结论:HFV是大气管手术麻醉中的一种行之有效的通气方式。Objective.. To investigate the possibility of high frequency ventlation(HFV) in the veno-aspiration combined anesthesia of operation of trachea tumor. Methods:There were totally 41 cases enrolled in this study. Each case was accepted operation on trachea under the condition of both sides bronchus cannula. HFV and veno-aspiration combined anesthesia. We analyzed MAP, HR, SpO2, PETCO2, and PaO2 at the moment of pre-operation, after tracheal cannula, during HFV,after opertation and remove tracheal eannula. Results.. There is no statistics significance in the comparision of every physiological index of these cases, except the PaO2 at the moment of pre-operation, after tracheal cannula, during HFV, after opertation and remove tracheal cannula( q is 3.47,4.41,4.01,4.39,P〈0.05). Conclusion: HFV is one of the effective ventilation method in anesthesia of operation on trachea.
