慢性阻塞性肺疾病生活质量问卷的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:应用呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活质量的价值。方法:对46例COPD患者进行SGRQ评分及肺功能测定,并对其结果作相关性分析,随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者经吸入糖皮质激素,治疗一月后,将对照组及治疗组再进行SGRQ评分和肺功能结果进行配对t检验,评价SGRQ对COPD病情变化的敏感性。结果:两组SGRQ总体分与肺功能相关性较好,表明吸入激素后SGRQ比较评分有明显改善(P<0.001)较肺功能改善更敏感。结论:SGRQ是评价COPD患者生活质量有效、敏感、可行的方法,吸入激素治疗改善了COPD患者生活质量。Objective： To study the value of St George＇s respiratory questionnaire（SGRQ）in evaluating the life quality of patients with COPD. Methods： Based on the results analyzed correlatively form the SGRQ and the examination of function, 4 6 patients with COPD are divided into the control group and the therapeutic group. The patients of the therapies inhaled glucocorticoids. After one month, the two groups accepted the SGRQ and the examination of lung function again. Then the paired t test is made between the two groups to assess the sensitivity of SGRQ in COPD patients. Resuits： The gross score of SGRQ correlates well with the parameters from lung function examination. The score of SGRQ in the therapies improves more evidently than that of the controls. Moreover, the gross score of SGRQ is more sensitive than the indices of lung function examination. Conclusion： The SGRQ is an effective sensitive and feasible method to evaluate the life quality in the COPD patients. The therapy of inhaled glucocorticoids can promote the life quality of the COPD patients.
