摘 要:以多个新疆扁桃品系为试材,以美国大扁桃为对照,从授粉习性和S等位基因PCR扩增角度对其进行了初步研究。结果表明:新疆扁桃自花结实率极低,在整体上属异花结实类型。天然坐果率在各品系间差异很大,从中选择高天然结实率品系的潜力也很大。新疆扁桃具有丰富的S基因型,其中个别S基因型为新疆扁桃所特有。The floral characteristics and S-allele genotypes of several almonds were initially investigated with an almond cultivar introduced from U. S. A. as control and by use of several almond lines of Xinjiang as test materials. The resuts indicated that self-pollinating and fruiting percentage was extremely low, which belongs to cross-pollination type. There was a great difference in open-fruit set percentage of all the lines. There was a great possibility for selecting the lines with high open-fruiting percentage. There were rich S-Genotypes,with several genotypes special in Xinjiang almonds.
