摘　　要：目的:观察脂肝汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将90例脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察脂肝汤对临床症状,肝功能,血脂,B超等方面的影响。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组在消除临床症状,体征,恢复肝功能,调节血脂等方面优于对照组。结论:脂肝汤对脂肪肝治疗效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinic effect of fatty liver using the treatment of zhigantang. Methods： To divide the 90 patients into two groups stochastically as the group of treatment and group of comparison,then to obseerve how zhigantang to effect the clinic symptom,liver function, blood fat,B：uhrasonic and Results： The group of treatment had more effective than the group of comparison（P 〈 0. 01 ）, the first had more advantages than the second in eliminating the clinic symptom,recovering the liver function, adjusting the blood fat and so on. Conclusion： Zhigantang evident effects on the treatment of fatty liver.
