乌骨藤提取物对小鼠移植性实体瘤H_(22)和S_(180)的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的探讨乌骨藤提取物对小鼠移植性实体瘤H22和S180的作用。方法乌骨藤提取物按25,50,100mg/kg灌胃给药,连续两次重复试验。结果低、中、高剂量的乌骨藤提取物对小鼠移植性实体瘤H22的抑制率分别为16.87%,23.41%和36.34%,对S180的抑制率分别为15.91%,26.36%和34.57%。结论乌骨藤提取物能抑制H22和S180瘤株的生长。Objective To study the effect of the extractive of Glaucescent Fissistigma Root on Jimpy mice＇s explantation solid tumor H22 and S180. Methods The extractive of Glaucescent Fissistigma Root was intragastricly administered with 25,50 and 100 mg/kg twice, Results The inhibition ratio of the extractive of Glaucescent Fissistigma Root on S180 was 15, 91%, 26. 36% and 34. 57%. The inhibition ratio on H22 was 16, 87% ,23.41% and 36. 34%. Conclusion The extractive of Glaucescent Fissistigma Root can restrain the growth of H22 and S180.
