儋州市娱乐场所推广使用安全套预防艾滋病措施的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价娱乐场所100%推广使用安全套预防艾滋病干预措施的效果,为制定防制艾滋病干预措施提供依据。方法在海南省儋州市城区所有宾馆、发廊、按摩店、歌舞厅等娱乐场所100%放置安全套和艾滋病宣传材料,教育所有性工作者在商业性行为中100%使用安全套。结果该市城区共有娱乐场所467家,提供性服务231家,占49.47%;性服务工作者1 970人,39.09%分布在发廊。通过干预,最近一次性行为安全套使用比例从干预前的14.25%上升到90.45%,衣原体、梅毒、淋球菌感染率分别由11.03%、7.58%和3.57%下降到1.27、0%和1.27%,干预前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。未检出HIV阳性。95.27%宾馆旅客看过房间宣传材料和安全套,100%认为这些材料对旅客有用,85.21%认为在客房放置安全套供旅客使用对旅客有好处。结论商业性性行为中安全套的使用率明显上升,娱乐场所推广使用安全套预防艾滋病措施效果显著。Objective To evaluate the effects of prevention of HIV/ AIDS by popularization of condoms in all entertainment places in Danzhou City. Methods Condoms and education materials for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS were provided in the entertainment places such as beauty parlors, hotels, restaurants, dancing halls, tea houses. All sexual service workers were demanded to use condoms in the commercial sexual activities. Results Commercial sexual service were provided in 231 entertainment places among 467 ones in urban area of Danzhou, accounted for 49.47%. The rate of using condom in the last sexual activity increased from 14.25% before intervention to 90.45% among 1 970 sexual workers after intervention. Infection rates of CT, syphilis and gonorrhea decreased from 11.03% ,7.58% and 3.57% before intervention to 1. 27% ,0% and 1.27%, after intervention respectively. No HIV positives were detected. There 95.27% of customers in the hotels read the educational materials for prevention and control of AIDS, and 85.21% thought that the condoms provided in the hotel rooms was necessary. ConcIusion The rate of condom use in commercial sexual activity increased remarkably and remarkable results have been achieved.
