高血压病并发ACS患者血浆BNP和NO检测的临床意义

摘  要:目的探讨外周血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)和一氧化氮(NO)变化在高血压病并发急性冠脉综合征(ACS)中的临床意义。方法对健康受试者40例、单纯高血压病患者40例和高血压病并发急性冠脉综合征患者31例,分别测定血浆BNP和NO水平。结果与正常对照组相比高血压病患者血浆BNP明显升高,NO明显降低(P<0.01);高血压病并发急性冠脉综合征时BNP进一步升高,NO进一步降低(P<0.01),与高血压病组比较(P<0.05)。结论高血压病并发或不并发急性冠脉综合征患者均有炎症活动,检测血浆BNP和NO水平对高血压病患者并发ACS有重要的预测价值。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of detection of B - type brain natariuretic peptide (BNP) and Nitric Oxide (NO) in essential hypertension (EH) patients complicated with acute coronary syndromes '(ACS). Methods The healthy group consisted of 40 normotensive controls,40 EH patients,and 31 EH patients complicated with ACS. The levels of plasma levels of BNP and NO in the patietns and healthy subjects were detected. Results The levels of plasma BNP were higher significantly in EH patients than that of normotensive controls ; while the level of NO were lower significantly (P 〈 0.01 )in patients with EH than that of normotensive controls. Compared to EH patients the level of BNP in EH patients complicated with acute coronary syndromes were increased (P 〈 0.01 ) and that of NO was reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclu- sion Inflammation plays a pivotal role in essential hypertension with or without acute coronary syndromes. The detection of BNP and NO is of predicative value in diagnosis of EH patients complicated with ACS.
