云南放牧人群汉赛巴尔通体感染的血清学调查

摘　　要：目的了解汉赛巴尔通体(Bartonella henselae)在云南放牧人群中的感染情况。方法采用间接免疫荧光抗体测定法(IFA)检测放牧人群血清的汉赛巴尔通体IgG抗体。结果91份放牧人群血清汉赛巴尔通体IgG抗体,检出阳性13份,阳性率为14.28%,其中5份滴度为1:320、3份为1:1 000、5份达1:3 200。结论放牧人群中存在感染汉赛巴尔通体的机率较高。放牧人群同时可被布鲁氏菌和汉赛巴尔通体感染。Objective To understand the infectious status of Bartonella henselae in Herdsmen of Yunnan Province. Methods There 91 serum samples from herdsmen had been collected IgG antibody to B. henselae by indirect immunofluorescence test（IIFT）. Results There 13 serum samples were positive to B. henselae antigen. The positive rate was 14.28% and the titer of 5 serum samples was 1：320 and 3 were 1 ： 1000, another 5 were 1：3200. Conclusion The infection rate of B. henselae is high among herdsmen of Yurman. Brucella and B. henselae infections may occur to herdsmen.
