摘　　要：目的建立槟榔中对羟基苯甲酸酯类的测定方法。方法样品经无水乙醇提取分离后用高效液相色谱法测定。结果在线性范围内线性关系r〉0．999，RSD〈3．0％，加标回收率94．0％-102．5％。结论该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确，可用于槟榔中对羟基苯甲酸酯类的测定。Objective To develop a method for determination of para - hydroxybenzoate in the betelnut. Methods The sample after drawing by alcohol was determined by HPLC. Results The correlation coefficient of the method was more than 0, 999 and the RSD was less than 3.0% and recoveries were in the range of 94.0% - 102.5%. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple , sensitive, and accurate and could be applied to determination of para - hydroxybenzoate in the betelnut.
