人本行政:人本主义理念的公共行政模式解读

摘　　要：我国改革开放以来,社会发展普遍走实用主义路线,在社会财富高速积累的同时,也产生了大量社会发展的不均衡现象。矛盾尖锐的社会现状需要我国政府推行人本主义理念的公共行政模式,在公共行政的视野方向和价值体现以及传统的管理、法律、政治途径上全面的体现人本主义理念。这种人本行政模式可以将公共权力有效地介入并解决当前的社会发展矛盾,推动社会全面发展,促进社会和谐,体现公民社会民主价值。Since China＇s reform and opening up, social development generally follows pragmatism line. With the high-speed accumulation of.social wealth, a large number of social development imbalances appear. Chinese government should adopt the public administration model based on humanism view because of the acute social contradictions. This public administration model represents a comprehensive philosophy of humanism in the direction of the vision and values, as well as traditional management, legal, political means. Under such public administration,public power can be effectively intervened in the current conflicts in the social development to resolve them and to promote all-round social development, social harmony, and social democratic values of citizenship.
