摘　　要：发挥思想政治工作的功能,有利于把全党全社会的思想统一起来;有利于调动全党全社会的积极性和主动性,增进构建社会主义核心价值体系的活力;有利于使社会主义核心价值体系转化为社会群体的意识和行为,凸显构建这一价值体系的现实价值;有利于使社会主义核心价值体系融入人心,夯实构建这一价值体系的人文基础;有利于把人民群众的创新精神激发出来,彰显构建这一价值体系的中国特色。Bringing the functions of thought politic task into play is propitious for unifying the thoughts of the whole party and society; is in favor of inciting the enthusiasm and go-aheadism of the whole party and society, and activating the vim of building socialistic core value system; is helpful for the socialistic core value system to turn into the social mass＇s consciousness and deportments, and outstand the practical value of erecting this value system; is beneficial for making the system into people＇ s concepts, and tamping the humanistic fundament of it; is conducive for prompting the innovation spirits of the people, and reveal Chinese characteristics of constructing this value system.
