摘　　要：院(系)办公室是整个大学管理机构的重要组成部分,是大学基层的行政管理与办事机构,是院(系)正常运转的核心。"以人为本"是科学发展观的本质和核心内容,也是办公室工作中必须贯彻落实的重要理念。院(系)办公室工作要坚持"以人为本",人性化的管理,促进队伍建设。The administrative office is the important part of the whole administrative structure of the university. It is the basic administrative body and the core of the faculty and school. Human-oriented is the essence and key contents of outlook of scientific development, and it is also the important idea that will be executed in office operation. The office operation of the faculty and school should insist human-oriented, humane administration will promote the operation of the administrative office operation.
