摘　　要：思想政治教育是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线,在坚持中国特色社会主义道路,发展社会主义市场经济的今天,社会就业问题日益成为党和国家极为重视的领域,特别是由市场要效益的条件下,职场竞争日趋激烈,大学生作为社会就业市场的一分子,深切体会到就业竞争所带来的各种压力,出现不同程度的思想问题。思想政治教育在大学生就业中如何发挥生命线作用,解开思想疙瘩,需要我们从思想政治教育在大学生就业中所处的地位与作用方面加以研究。As we are firmly following the socialist road with Chinese characteristics as well as further developing the market economy, both our communist party and our country have been showing more and more concern for employment, and especially in a society filled with violent competitions, undergraduates, who are a crucial part of those who are striving to obtain a job, are experiencing fierce and various kinds of pressure, thus along with the stress come different kinds and degrees of ideological problems. Since political and ideological education has always been the vital key to economics and other tasks, in order to fully release its potential to solve students＇ problems during job hunting, we need to conduct a further research on the great importance of political and ideological education on employment of undergraduates.
