摘  要:我国拥有丰富且相对较低成本的人力资源以及良好的商业环境,被认为是软件外包产业最具有潜力的国家,但目前我国软件外包业的国际竞争力较弱,而印度有很多成功的方面值得借鉴。本文创新地对波特的"钻石模型"在软件外包业的应用作了拓展,使其能较准确地用于软件外包产业竞争力的分析,通过中印6要素的比较后,提出我国提高离岸软件外包业竞争力的思路是从人才、管理、价值链提升、知识产权保护和发挥政府、行业协会作用等方面考虑。China has abundant and relatively low-cost human resources and a good business environment, so it is considered as a country which will go very far in software outsourcing industry. But China's software outsourcing industry's international competitiveness is weak, and there is plenty of successful experience in India. In this paper, Porter's "diamond model" features are slightly modified in order to be more accurately for the software outsourcing industry competitive analysis. By comparing with India through six key elements of "diamond model", it proposes to increase China offshore software competitiveness from the talent, management, value chain upgrading, protection of intellectual property, full-play of the government, and the role of industry associations.
