摘　　要：二元经济结构的转化对促进陕西资源富集区经济发展和新农村建设具有重要意义。在陕西资源富集区二元经济结构背景下,需要通过结构转化、城市化、制度创新和人力资本积累这四个有机组成部分建立多重转化机制,加强对农村的非农化改造,建立和健全城乡统一、规范、竞争有序的大市场,在二元工业化协调发展的基础上加快城市化进程,最终逐渐缩小城乡发展差距,使二元经济结构转化为一元经济,推进陕西资源富集区的新农村建设。The transformation of the dual economic structure of resource-rich region is very important for the economic development and the construction of a new socialist countryside in Shaanxi. It is necessary to rely on structural transformation, urbanization, system innovation and the human capital accumulation, four integral parts of the building of multi-conversion mechanisms, to strengthen rural non-agricultural transformation, establish and improve a big joint market between urban and rural areas which is uniform, standardized and with orderly competition, speed up the urbanization on the basis of coordinated development of the binary industrialization, bridge the gap between urban and rural areas gradually, and ultimately change the dual economic structure into a developed economy, promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside in resource-rich region of Shaanxi.
