摘　　要：研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次,科研能力的培养已成为我国研究生教育的核心之一,要从科研道德、科研兴趣、献身科学精神,查阅文献和撰写综述能力,科研实践能力,科研创新能力,学术论文写作能力五个方面入手,培养研究生的科研能力。The postgradua scientific research ability has discussed the effective ways scientific research ability of te education is the highest layer of Higher Education and the raising ot became one of the cores of postgraduate education in our country. The paper which were unified the practical postgraduates work of the authors to raise postgrad interest and spirit; the ability research practice; the ability of uates in the following five respects： the scientific research moral, of consulting literature and composing summary; the ability of scientific scientific research innovation; the ability of composing dissertation.
