摘 要:精制了一种指定合成路线的联苯乙酸粗品。研究了溶剂类型、溶剂用量、结晶时间等因素对重结晶工艺的影响,确定适宜的工艺条件为:6∶4的95%乙醇-水为溶剂,溶剂和粗品体积质量比为15∶2(mL∶g),结晶时间为8 h,进行2次重结晶。得到精制联苯乙酸的纯度为99.6%。The refinement of felbinac prepared by a designated synthesis route was studied. The effects of factors,such as the solvent type, the solvent amount and the recrystallization time were studied, and the suitable technical conditions for the recrystallization were found as following: the proper solvent was 95% ethanol and water at a proportion of 6 : 4,the ratio of solvent volume to crude product mass was 15 : 2(mL : g),the crystallization time was prolonged for 4 h and then recrystallized twice. According to above suitable conditions,the purity of refined felbinac was 99.6%.
